Assistant Architect
We’re looking for an Assistant Architect who can support live architectural projects through accurate drafting, modelling, documentation, and coordination. This role is execution-heavy and suited for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to premium high-rise projects and real project workflows—not just concept exercises. You’ll work closely with senior architects and project teams, contributing to drawings, presentations, research, and internal process documentation while learning how large-scale projects are actually delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide drafting, modelling, and administrative support to senior architects.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and project documentation.
- Support team members with research and ensure compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards.
- Participate in team meetings and project reviews, providing input and contributing ideas.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.
- Collaborate with junior architects and assist in mentoring them as needed.
- Contribute to creating reusable knowledge documents, process notes, and guides to help standardize workflows and enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in architectural design or related roles.
- Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Junior Architect
We’re looking for a Junior Architect with solid execution experience who can independently handle defined scopes within live projects. This role sits between pure support and full project ownership—you’ll work across DD to Tender, GFC, and finishing stages, contribute to technical decision-making, and manage small-to-medium tasks under senior oversight. This is a hands-on role meant for someone who understands real-world project delivery, not just design intent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural drawings from DD – Tender -GFC – finishing
- Support project documentation and technical research under the guidance of senior architects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Handle independent project tasks of small-to-medium scale under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to design discussions.

- Mentor and guide interns or assistant-level architects as needed.

This role sits at the intersection of drawings, site, and stakeholders—and is critical to reducing rework, confusion, and cost escalations. You’ll work closely with design teams, site teams, and external consultants to ensure quantities stay aligned with drawings and on-ground execution.
- Prepare and verify architectural BOQs for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, developers, and contractors to resolve queries and RFIs.
- Track changes between drawings and site, reducing rework and back-and-forth.
- Support design teams with accurate drawings and documentation.
- Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Document and share reusable processes to improve team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For :
- 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, BOQs, & construction documentation.
- Auto Cad, Plan Swift, Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
